Publification of Fanfic:
~All fanfic nominations MUST have been published (i.e. posted online) sometime before December 31, 2001. All fanfics posted in the years 2000, 1999, and earlier are eligible too. Works-in-progress are accepted, as long as they were begun before said date.

Content of Fanfic:
~No lemon fanfics may be nominated.
~No fanfic over the rating of "R" may be nominated, and in the case an "R" rated fic is nominated, Evil Hare Girl and myself must look it over to make sure it's appropriate.
~No one-liner fics accepted

Nominations/Voting:
~You may not vote for your own fic(s)
~You may only nominate one author/fic per category.
~You may only vote once per category.

Deadlines:
~All fanfic nominations must be in by deadline [Over 5/15/02]
~All votes must be in by deadline [6/5/02]
~Awards will be announced within one to two weeks after voting deadlines are reached.
